OWNER & LEAD PLANNER

Heather founded Avenue Events (previously Heather St. Clair Events) in 2015 with a deeply rooted passion for creating people-centered events.

She believes the heart of every event lies in its intention and the emotions it inspires. With her personalized approach to event design and management, Heather is dedicated to creating thoughtful, meaningful moments where people can truly connect and share lasting memories.

Heather began her journey in the event industry during her college years at Ohio University. After moving to Baltimore in 2005, she immersed herself in the vibrant world of Baltimore events. Some of her most memorable large-scale events include the Inner Harbor's 4th of July & New Year’s Eve fireworks displays, downtown parades, and city festivals like Flower Mart at Mount Vernon Place, The Baltimore Book Festival, and Artscape.

She lives in Hampden with her husband Tim and sons Grady and Maxwell. She is a native of Morgantown, West Virginia and returns there often to visit family and friends.

WEDDING & EVENT PLANNER

Growing up, Lexie was surrounded by family members who threw the best parties, and she quickly fell in love with the art of event planning—carefully curating every detail to bring the vision to life. With a keen eye for detail, Lexie believes the smallest details make the biggest impact. Her greatest joy comes from seeing a client’s vision come to life after months (or  years!) of careful planning.

Lexie began her career in hospitality while studying at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, where she gained hands-on experience in event execution at a boutique hotel. From there, she moved to Chicago to help open a new luxury property before transitioning into event sales with Marriott. Lexie made Baltimore her home in 2021, continuing her passion for planning and executing extraordinary events with one of the city’s top catering companies.

When she’s not bringing dream events to life, Lexie loves spending time with her fiancé, attending sports games, diving into DIY projects and home renovations, and, of course, spoiling her sweet pup, Buster.

ASSOCIATE PLANNER & EVENT MANAGER

Alyssia has a gift for turning complex event logistics into seamless experiences. She thrives in bringing clarity and calm to the planning process—from mapping out timelines and managing vendor coordination to ensuring every tiny detail is accounted for. 

Alyssia is an experienced event and project coordinator with over a decade of experience working in non-profits, higher education, and planning corporate events. She appreciates the uniqueness of every event, having planned and executed a wide range of events – from small virtual meetings to large-scale public events and festivals. 

Alyssia is a California native who lives with her husband and 2 dogs. When not planning something spectacular, she can usually be found cooking, gardening or fixing up her Baltimore rowhome.
